___________________ Information on the oral presentation formats: Presentation talks include 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions and discussion. All presentations are organized in thematic sessions and will be held parallel to two or three other sessions. Please ensure strict time keeping allowing for appropriate coordination within and across sessions. Computers with PowerPoint will be available in all rooms. It will not be possible to use personal laptop, so please make sure to upload your presentation on the dedicated computer at least 15 minutes before the beginning of your session so that you will be able to check whether it is working properly (members of the organizing committee will be present to deal with potential technical problems).
